并且最好能搞个链接或者二维码，方便客户端导入
更新最好在整点后4-5分钟进行，如（12:05,13:05,14:05），因为很多免费账号都在整点更新，选择在整点前更新不明智，谢谢
SS已经修复，不过更新频率可能会降低，后面会继续优化 😎
